Return

Refunds are ONLY available within 30 days of product receiptAny unopened product can be return for 100% refund. With spoiled product or unusual circumstances (Relax Feels requests you to return) refund amount will be determined on a case by case basis. Refunds can only be credited to originating credit card. Relax Feels is NOT responsible for undeliverable products due to incorrect address information provided by you, packages not delivered by an assumed delivery date, & product damage or loss from shipment. However we will Refund/Replace damaged products. We wish we could guarantee 100% proper handling and prompt receipt of packages by third party carriers (UPS, FedEx or USPS). Once product leaves our warehouse, these factors are out of our control. Relax Feels reserves the right to deny returns at any time. We do not offer a refund for products not purchased directly from our website, relaxfeels.com. Products purchased from our retailer or other vendor MUST be return to your place of purchase. When our warehouse receives the item and notifies us you will receive your refund.

Replace

Relax Feels will be happy to replace any item(s) in the following circumstances: product is received in damaged packaging, product is received spoiled, or product is NOT the item ordered per order records. 

Return Location

Please enclose a copy of your order receipt, with instructions noting whether you would like a return or an exchange, as outlined on the back of your printed order receipt. Returned items should be returned in their original product packaging. When requesting an exchange, please make sure to note the desired exchange item(s).

Please send your return information and merchandise to the name and address below. You are strongly encouraged to utilize a shipping service with tracking capability.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost incurred on your return shipment is at your expense. However, the cost of shipping exchange items back to you will be covered by Relax Feels.
